From Skeptical to Obsessed: My Bitcoin Journey

April 18, 20251 min read

I didn’t grow up thinking I’d be into Bitcoin.

To be honest, I thought it was a scam.
Digital tokens? Internet money?
Sounded like video game points for nerds who didn’t understand “real” finance.

I was skeptical — and proud of it.

But Something Felt Off…

I worked hard. Saved diligently. Did everything I was told to do.

And still, I felt like I was falling behind.

Housing prices kept rising.
Inflation ate into my savings.
The stock market felt like gambling.
And banks were giving me 0.01% interest — while loaning my money out for 7%.

It didn’t add up.

So I started asking questions.
And those questions led me to Bitcoin.

At First, It Was Just Curiosity…

I thought I’d find flaws. I assumed it was hype.
But the deeper I went — the more I read, listened, and learned — the more my skepticism turned into… something else.

I wasn’t just interested.
I was convicted.

Bitcoin wasn’t a get-rich scheme.
It was a get-free tool.

I Went From Laughing at Bitcoiners…

To Becoming One

It wasn’t price charts that changed me.
It was the truth I couldn’t unsee:

The money is broken.
The system is rigged.
And Bitcoin is the escape hatch.

Now? I’m not just stacking. I’m studying. Building. Teaching.
I’m not waiting for the world to change — I’m helping build the parallel one.

The Funny Part?

Some of the smartest, most skeptical people I know are now all-in on Bitcoin.

Because once you see the truth, you can’t go back.
